At SOZO Safety Solutions, we value your time and commitment to safety training. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses or services.
No Refunds
We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all training courses and services. Once a registration or payment is completed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled training:
You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled course start time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the full course fee.
Timely cancellations (24+ hours in advance) may be eligible for rescheduling, subject to availability and at the discretion of SOZO Safety Solutions.
Rescheduling Requests
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you provide proper notice (24+ hours in advance), we will do our best to accommodate a one-time rescheduling of your training to a future available date. Additional reschedule requests may incur a fee.
