These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in any OSHA Training Course (“Course”) provided by SOZO Safety Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in or attending a course, you (“Participant”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Course Eligibility

Participants must:

Be at least 18 years of age.

Provide accurate and complete registration information.

Agree to abide by all course policies and safety protocols.

2. Course Registration & Payment

Registration is not confirmed until full deposit is received.

Payment methods accepted include [list payment methods: credit card, ACH, invoice, etc.]. Course fees will be discussed clearly during registration confirmation and are subject to change without notice prior to enrollment.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds By Participant:

No refunds on Deposits; We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all training courses and services. Once a registration or payment is completed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled training:

You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled course start time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the full course fee.
Timely cancellations (24+ hours in advance) may be eligible for rescheduling, subject to availability and at the discretion of SOZO Safety Solutions.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

By SOZO Safety Solutions:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you may be given the option to reschedule.

4. Attendance and Participation

Full attendance is required to receive OSHA course certification.

Participants must arrive on time and stay for the duration of the course.

Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

5. Certification

Participants who successfully complete the training will receive an official OSHA card or certificate, typically within [4–6 weeks].

We are not responsible for delays caused by OSHA-authorized providers.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

Behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow participants.

Follow all safety protocols and instructions.

Refrain from using electronic devices during instruction unless permitted.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Participation in safety training involves simulated worksite activities. While we take precautions to ensure safety, you participate at your own risk.

SOZO Safety Solutions is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during or as a result of course participation.

Always consult your employer or OSHA representative regarding how training applies to your specific workplace.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials provided (e.g., slides, manuals, videos) are the intellectual property of SOZO Safety Solutions or its partners. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute materials without prior written permission.

9. Privacy Policy

Personal data collected during registration is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
